Did you get your New Years kiss?
Did you get a New Years kiss? I sure did, but because of my non-committed lifestyle I was able to get numerous New Years Eve kisses. How many people can claim the same? As a loner to the party I attended, I was able to move around the room swiftly between 12:00am and 12:05am in order to make the most of those precious minutes before 2008 is already old news and no one wants to make out anymore. I think I did a pretty fine job of it too as I was able to get in the face of quite the gaggle of girls. Although I did not take a single one home, I’m sure they’ll remember me and that kiss well into the next hour or so afterwards, and then I will become just another silhouette in their drunken memories.
I’m not really big on resolutions as I don’t think my faults are that horrible that I should try to change anything drastically, nor do I really believe that the changing of a date should be the factor that gets people motivated to better themselves. I may just start joining more free online dating sites and seeing where that gets me - there are tons of seemingly lonely women out there just waiting for a guy like me to buy them dinner! And that’s just what I’m going to be doing over the next 12 months at least! I don’t think I’m going to settle down with any one person until I’ve made my way through the brunt of them. I am a guy after all and that’s pretty much all we’re about - getting laid. So free dating sites here I come - batten down the hatches and hide the children ’cause I’m going on a rampage! Safely of course…
