We just had a great weekend of slightly over 20 degree Celsius temperatures and that really got the people out in droves. The ladies were out in fine form and quick to dress down in their attempts to attract ogles from the guys and some women. I headed to the beach to relax and watch the mating games begin. I think I’m going to take a few weeks off from the free online dating sites and take in some real action around town through bars and grocery stores. Actually, I never really understood the whole pickup line thing. Why do you need some kind of line in order to initiate a conversation? Why not just approach the girl and say hello? I’ve encountered a few women who really just want to talk and saying hi gets their attention pretty quickly over using some creepy pickup line. Although I’m not really interested in just talking, for very long that is. Nothing wrong with getting to know someone and it’s the best way of knowing if there is any compatibility off the bat or if you’re both just wasting each other’s time. It’s also a great way of dealing with that first date because you already know a little bit about each other and conversations usually go in a more natural direction based on that knowledge.
